Step 1 |
Using Mod Podge, cover a large prescription bottle with the lined part of Defining My Dad. |

Step 2 |
Cut a 2 inch strip from Wild Stripes and cover the bottom of the bottle. |
|
Step 3 |
Adhere a ribbon strip around the top of the bottle and at the top of the 2 inch strip of paper as shown. |

Step 4 |
Type the RX label and print on white cardstock and using packaging tape, tape the label to the bottle. |

Step 5 |
Cut a circle of Defining My Dad to fit the bottle cap and adhere with Mod Podge. Put the black RX alphabet letters on top. |

Step 6 |
Fill with Jelly Bellys or other candy treat. |

Step 7 |
RX label reads:
RX: XOXOI(heart)U 6-1-07
Take 2 or 3 tablets by mouth when
you are missing me.
